Actions For Depression, Actions For Anxiety

Decluttering and cleaning your house remove the blockages and boost up the energy. Your family members and even pets may show to you the positive change in their behaviors.
Just imagine it is as detoxification when all negative waste is leaving your place. Don't forget to open the window while you work.  It is so simple, but powerful !

For people who experience an anxiety and low self-confidence, I just say Emerson's quote:

"Always, always, always, always, always do what you are afraid to do."

It works like a magic, at the first you may feel internal storm, trembling, head shaking, fast heartbeat, dizziness, all this will pass once your confidence grows and you gain the power doing what you fear about. Practice, practice and practice !
